Bucharest, October 7, 2025 - Therme Bucharest, the largest wellness center in Europe, announces the official opening of the 7th edition of Sauna Fest, a unique event in the world that transforms each sauna session into a multi-sensory spectacle. Between October 6 and October 26, 2025, More than 100 international Aufguss Masters from 22 countries bring to Bucharest over 800 multi-sensory shows designed to redefine the sauna experience. From October 20-26, the Sands of Therme beach transforms into the country's first exhibition of saunas you can test in the country. The cold water bathing sessions are created with Canada's Unbounded, the world record cold plunge winner, who will guide participants through intense sessions of controlled cold exposure. A show of contrasts, the ReWild Circuit is created by Lisa Kricfalusi and Nick McNaught, the founders of Unbounded, who bring their unique expertise in cold exposure and reconnecting through nature to Therme. Lisa has Finnish roots and a background in kinesiology and yoga, and Nick has turned his passion for cold-water swimming into an international community.

Viking Mule, Skål Spritz, Glogg (Scandinavian mulled wine), Mied, Nordic Berry Elixir, are just some of the drinks that can be sampled in the Sauna Village area. Culinary delicacies such as salmon with cream cheese, Lohikeitto soup, Köttbullar Swedish meatballs, wild salmon with turnip puree and baby spinach, and cranberry biscuit sausage complete the Sauna Village experience.
