Since summer 2024 you can choose between 2 types of exchange programs:

Exchange of experience between therapists - an established program running since 2021, at the initiative of Sorin Vasilache - Quality Director Stejarii Country Club and Shiseido SPA.
Exchange of experience between teams of Spa Manager, Chief Therapist and (optional) Chief Receptionist

About the program:

For a few days, teams from the spa you manage can go to another spa. And then you'll swap!

It's a great way to get in touch with new approaches and perspectives, other Spa concepts, maybe even other types of clients.

You build relationships and learn from the experiences of colleagues in your local spa market.

From 2026 we want to run the exchange of experience program between teams - internationally, with 5* spas in Europe. Still 100% free.

At that point, you will be able to register spa, wellness and spa centers whose teams:

have participated in at least 2 exchanges between teams, in Romania
have completed the SpaEdu Level 4 course or another Spa Management course similar, 300 hours - both Spa Managerand Chief Therapist and Head Receptionist

During the experience exchange programs held between 2021 and 2025, therapist teams from the following locations participated:

Shiseido Spa
Balvanyos Resort
Ana Health Spa, Hotel Europa
SunGarden Resort
Therme Bucharest
Iaki Spa
Fenyo Spa
Ana Spa Poiana Brasov

The programs are addressed exclusively to Spas, wellness and Balnear centers which are partnered with Wellandia.

Fair - play agreement: none of the Spa/Balneo center managers in any situation, are not allowed to offer / employ managers / therapists / receptionists of the other center for a period of at least 3 years since the exchange.
