DespreSpa acts as the Partner's trustee, by promoting on the site the services and products offered by the latter. Gift vouchers can be used only within a term indicated in the voucher. The voucher not used within the term loses its validity. The delivery of Vouchers purchased through the Wellandia website, will be made in electronic format, respectively by email for eVoucher and eCard. The wellandia.eu Voucher is non-nominal, transferable, to be used only in the partner spa centers - only those presented on this web page of the wellandia.eu website, in this link: (https://wellandia.eu/voucher-spa-utilizare/ ) The request for an appointment is made by filling in the form on page https://wellandia.eu/voucher-spa-utilizare/ .
On wellandia.eu are also promoted Spa centers that DO NOT accept the eVoucher / eCard wellandia.eu. Those centers are listed in the Spa Centers pages, but are NOT displayed on the page: Use voucher - Wellandia - whose link is also noted on the eVoucher.
In order to be able to benefit from the services of the spa center where the appointment was made, you will have to present the eVoucher or eCard wellandia.eu at the Spa Center Reception, by email, by phone, or in physical format if you have printed it. Making simultaneous appointments at several spa centers (or spa salons) on the basis of a single wellandia.eu voucher, the value of which is less than the total of the treatments for which you have made the appointments, is prohibited. Falsifying the voucher (or multiplying the voucher in order to use it repeatedly) is an offense and is punishable in accordance with the provisions of the Penal Code. Following the purchase and delivery of the Gift Voucher to the Customer, the responsibility for the quality of services rendered / products sold, lies entirely with the Wellandia Partner.
Payment of gift vouchers can be made by bank transfer, courier or credit card. For payments made with credit/debit cards issued under the Visa and MasterCard brands, the 3D Secure system is used, Verified by Visa and Master Card Secure Code. This system provides online transactions with the same level of security as those carried out at an ATM or in the physical environment, at the merchant. 3D Secure ensures first of all that no information related to the Client's card is transferred or stored at any time on DespreSpa's servers, this data is directly entered into the Visa and MasterCard systems. In addition, 3D Secure is a system for authenticating the identity of cardholders in an electronic environment. The cardholder authentication process is based on a security code known only to the cardholder and takes place only on Visa or MasterCard servers, as appropriate. The 3D Secure system allows online purchases to be made with any card issued under a Visa or MasterCard license, including debit cards and Maestro and Visa Electron electronic cards. In the case of online payments DespreSpa is not and cannot be held responsible for any other additional costs incurred by the customer, including but not limited to currency conversion fees applied by the issuing bank of the customer's card, in case the currency of issue of the card differs from RON. The responsibility for this action lies solely with the customer. By finalizing the order of the Voucher, the Customer agrees that all data provided by it, necessary for the purchase process, are correct, complete and true at the date of placing the order, referred to in this document and order issued.
By finalizing the order, the Customer consents that DespreSpa may contact him, for the following purposes / situations, by any means available / agreed by DespreSpa, depending on the purpose / situation:
- Non-acceptance by the bank issuing the Client's card, of the transaction, in case of payments by bank card;
- Invalidation of the transaction by the card processor approved by DespreSpa, in case of payment by credit card
DespreSpa may unilaterally terminate the voucher order placed by the Client, following prior notice to the Client, without any further obligation of either party to the other or without either party being able to claim damages from the other in the following cases:
- non-acceptance of the transaction by the bank issuing the Client's card, in case of online payment;
-invalidation of the transaction by the card processor approved by DespreSpa,
- in case of online payment the data provided by the Customer on the website are incomplete or incorrect
- the Client's activity on the site may and/or may cause damages of any nature whatsoever on the part of DespreSpa and/or its partners
- for other objective reasons.

In the case of Spa / Wellness / Balneo Center Users Recruiters, Wellandia will verify the correctness of the tax code registered on the website of the Ministry of Finance, www.mfinante.ro. For legal entities, the Spa / Wellness / Balneo Center Users Recruiters are obliged to provide us with real information regarding name, e-mail address, telephone number, first and last name of the contact person and fiscal code. This criterion does not include insolvent companies.
Companies recruiting for abroad are required to submit a copy of the Certificate of Registration issued by the Trade Register with the field of activity regarding the placement and recruitment of personnel.
Spa / Wellness / Balneo Recruiters Spa / Wellness / Balneo Recruiters users who are based abroad are required, when registering on the Site, to fill in the dedicated field in the User account creation form, the valid VAT number and send us a copy of the document proving tax registration in the state of residence.
Through the survey, wellandia.eu representatives may request documents regarding the field of activity of the Spa / Wellness / Balneo Recrutor Spa / Wellness Centers User, if the contact person is authorized to represent the Company, or may verify the correctness of the telephone number indicated in the User account creation form.
If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate or incomplete, Wellandia has the right to suspend or block your account and refuse any and all current or future attempts to use the Wellandia Platform.
In case of misinformation or fraudulent attempts by the Spa / Wellness / Balneo Recruiters Users (including for obtaining free advertisements or special offers granted by Wellandia in marketing campaigns), Wellandia has the right, at any time during the contractual relationship, to withdraw the freebies offered or to terminate the contractual relationship, without any additional liability to the at fault Spa / Wellness / Balneo Recruiters Users.
Wellandia has NO obligation to verify in advance the materials published by Users. Wellandia is not responsible, under the law, in any way whatsoever with regard to the information and data posted, disseminated or transmitted by its Users.
If requested to do so by a User or if it discovers signs of possible fraud, Wellandia may investigate and verify the allegations and may decide whether such information should be removed, subject to the law and these Terms and Conditions.
Candidate Users can only create a User account if they are at least 16 years of age at the time of account creation. Access to the Wellandia Platform and use of the Services is not allowed for persons under 16 years of age.
Wellandia contains an online recruitment module that gives you the possibility to fill in some of the fields of a CV in our database, so that submitting your CV is not mandatory.
CVs uploaded to the Wellandia website, as well as your contact details, can then be made available to Spa / Wellness / Balneo Center Users Recruiters for employment purposes.
In this respect, Candidate Users may register your CV in our database. When you register your user account, the data in your CV is automatically set to public.
In this case, the Spa / Wellness / Balneo Center Users Recruiters who have access to the Wellandia Platform database will have access to your CV and all your contact details and you will be able to be contacted by them in case of an interview or a job offer.
We try to limit access to our database to employers, human resources firms, personnel managers, HR specialists only, but we do not guarantee that other third parties cannot access our database. Exclusive About SPA SRL assumes no responsibility regarding the use of CVs by third parties who have accessed CVs while they are in our database.
However, as part of the Services provided by Wellandia, Spa / Wellness / Balneo Center Users Recruiters who have accessed the CV access facility, may download or transmit the information available on the Wellandia website to their own storage media.
In this case, even if we delete your data from our database, Spa / Wellness / Balneo Recruiters will still be able to access your data if they have downloaded, copied or extracted it from the Wellandia Platform database.
In their capacity as operators, the Spa / Wellness / Balneo Center Users Recruiters are independently responsible for how they use your data that they access through the Wellandia Platform.
Some companies that have chosen to publish their recruitment advertisements through the Wellandia Platform may understand that it is easier to present a misleading, incomplete, incorrect or aggressively targeted reality. The present rules require fairness on the part of employers, but not all Spa / Wellness / Balneo Center Users Recruiters choose to follow the rules. You should, therefore, be discerning before using the information contained in these advertisements, before going for an interview, before hiring or making an investment or any other action involving the use of your own or third party funds or resources. Please contact us by email: contact@wellandia.eu or Whatsapp on 0720.111.414 in case you become aware of the existence of such ads, to report an ad with illegal content, or for any other reports and reasons to contact us.
You should be aware that your contact details (name, e-mail, telephone, address) entered on wellandia.eu will be available to Spa / Wellness / Balneo Center Recruiters' Users, to be used in the recruitment process. In this regard, given the legitimacy of the purpose, with your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, with the caveat that we will NOT send SMS messages as part of the application / recruitment process.
Wellandia provides password-based access to your User account created on the Wellandia website. Through Wellandia, Spa / Wellness / Balneo Center Users Recruiters can search and select Candidate Users for employment.
Job advertisements may be posted on Wellandia for a fixed period. The advertisement may have a validity of 90 days, with the possibility of extension. Subsequently, your advertisement is sent by e-mail to all Candidate Users who match the job profile and who are subscribed to such notifications. The job profile in the job advertisement validated for publication (the Spa / Wellness / Balneo Center User Recruiter clicked on the publish job advertisement button) cannot be modified after the job advertisement has been posted on Wellandia and/or sent to Candidate Users.
The conditions and details of such free gifts or discounts will be announced during each campaign.
All payments, including the fees applicable to such payments, may be made by online payment by credit card, or by bank transfer, on the basis of a fiscal invoice to the account indicated by Wellandia, at the BNR exchange rate on the date of the invoice.
Access to some of the Services will not be allowed until after the money transfer to the Wellandia account is confirmed.
The Wellandia Platform may be used by some of its business partners as a basis for the sale or promotion of products and services. In this situation, the contract that will govern the contract between you and the respective product and service provider will be concluded between you and the respective product and service provider, and not between you and Wellandia.
In the event that you wish to discontinue the provision of the service to you, you understand and agree that payments already made are not and will not be refunded.
The services provided by Wellandia are based on a number of public advertisements or CVs with contact details. Wellandia may change the price set for the provision of the service, as well as any other clause of these Terms and Conditions, upon termination of the initial contract period.
You accept and agree that the services purchased may be used for a maximum of 12 months from the date of the invoice. Unused services will lose their validity and will be deleted from the Spa / Wellness Center / Balneo Recrutor user's account after the 12 months from the date of the fiscal invoice.
In addition, by using the services, you accept and agree that you will have access to the CVs saved in your account, either by applying candidates to your advertisements or by manually unlocking them from the wellandia.eu database, only during the duration of your collaboration with wellandia.eu.
You accept and agree that any delay in the payment of monies to Wellandia shall constitute a breach of these Terms and Conditions. While Wellandia reserves the right to take other actions permitted by law or contract, you agree and understand that you will fully reimburse wellandia.eu for all costs and expenses that may arise in connection with any such unpaid amounts that may be incurred in connection with any such recovery or attempted recovery.
You accept and agree that placing an advertisement on the Wellandia Website prior to making a payment to Wellandia constitutes entering into a contractual relationship with Wellandia.

Utilizatorul Centru Spa / Wellness / Balneo Recrutor este responsabil de colectarea datelor cu caracter personal ale persoanelor respective, în special de informarea și obținerea consimțământului (sau identificarea unui alt temei legitim) pentru transmiterea către Societate a datelor cu caracter personal utilizate pentru transmiterea unor astfel de comunicări.

The User is solely responsible for the Content Published by the User. For this, you should be aware that posting and transmitting messages through the Wellandia Platform are actions that are subject to the following conditions and limitations:
By posting User Posted Content on or through the Wellandia Platform, you agree that you are solely responsible for and will indemnify Wellandia for any damages, costs or profit limitations arising as a result of your posting, transmitting or referencing any messages whose content violates the terms and limitations described above.
Some Users may find it easier to break the rules set out in this set of Terms and Conditions, and as a result, some of the published messages may present a misleading, incomplete, incorrect or aggressively targeted reality. You should therefore be discerning before using the information contained in these messages to make an investment or any other action involving the use of your own or third party funds or resources. The image presented by published messages may sometimes differ from reality.

The articles published on the dedicated content platforms or pages may not have been created by Wellandia, in which case the intellectual property rights therein belong exclusively to the Wellandia contributors who created them.

Except as stated above, the content of the Wellandia Platform may not be reproduced, modified and exploited, regardless of the commercial or non-commercial purpose of such exploitation.

Any use of the content of the Wellandia platform for purposes other than those expressly permitted herein is prohibited. Requests to use content for purposes other than those expressly permitted herein may be sent to the e-mail address: contact@wellandia.eu.
You are also prohibited from using automated means, including scripts, robots, bots, spiders, crawlers, and/or any other computer programs/applications, that may cheat or simulate certain activities or statuses on the Wellandia Website or in any way exploit any features or vulnerabilities of the Wellandia Platform in order to gain any advantage for yourself or other Users or third parties in connection with the use of the Wellandia Platform or access to and use of any Services.
User license
The digital products delivered (courses, files, PDF guides, vouchers, etc.) are for personal use only.
The user is not allowed to resell, copy, redistribute or incorporate the content into another product or platform without the written consent of wellandia.eu.
The Company takes the privacy of Users' personal data seriously. The Privacy Policy and the aspects of how the Company processes the personal data of Users (including representatives of Spa / Wellness / Balneo Recruiters) are described in the Privacy Policy section.
It should also be noted that the Users of the Spa / Wellness / Balneo Centers Recruiters act as personal data controllers, according to the applicable legislation, and that, in this capacity, they have a number of correlative rights and obligations with regard to the personal data of Candidate Users accessed through the Wellandia Platform.
When using the services offered through the Wellandia platform, spa / wellness / Balneo Recruiters users accept and agree to abide by the terms and conditions set out in the personal data processing agreement, which is an integral part of this set of Terms and Conditions.
When you create a spa / wellness / Balneo Recruiter user account, the terms and conditions will not include any separate appendix on the agreement to process personal data, but only the provisions included in the signed Collaboration Agreement and those in this Terms and Conditions document, as well as those in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Also, in the case of Spa / Wellness / Balneo Centre Users Recruiters located in third countries which are not recognized as having an adequate level of protection, they will be able to access Candidate Users' personal data without a different set of contractual clauses.
Although at all times we strive to ensure the quality and accuracy of the data published on wellandia.eu, Exclusive About Spa SRL cannot guarantee that the information presented by Candidate Users in their CVs is correct, complete and up-to-date, just as it cannot guarantee this with regard to the information presented by Spa / Wellness / Balneo Center Users Recruiters in the job advertisements published on Wellandia. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Wellandia shall not be held liable, under any circumstances whatsoever, for any damages, directly or indirectly, for any direct or indirect loss of profits (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, or other pecuniary damages), suffered as a result of the use or discontinued use or lack of regularity of the information and Services provided by Wellandia.
Wellandia does not guarantee the accuracy, correctness or timeliness of the information or Services provided by Wellandia. Nor does Wellandia warrant that the computer systems or programs used by Wellandia to display or transmit information on the Wellandia Platform or in any other form are free of viruses or other destructive code sequences or other destructive properties. What we can guarantee, however, is that our team will always strive to provide the most up-to-date information and to ensure the highest level of security for all users of the Wellandia Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to hold Wellandia harmless from and against any and all legal or out-of-court actions and to cover the costs of litigation and any other expenses that may arise as a result of your breach of the terms of this set of Terms and Conditions.
Wellandia, its affiliates or, in general, the information providers to Wellandia, cannot be held responsible for any delay or error in the content provided by our publications, resulting directly or indirectly from causes beyond Wellandia's control. This disclaimer includes, but is not limited to: malfunctions of Wellandia's technical equipment, failure of the Internet connection to work, failure of telephone connections to work, computer viruses, unauthorized access to Wellandia's systems, operating errors, strikes, etc.
THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO UPDATE THIS SET OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS PERIODICALLY (e.g.: TO MEET CHANGES IN THE LEGISLATION OR IN THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY). USERS, OR OTHER CATEGORIES OF USERS AS REQUIRED BY LAW, WILL BE NOTIFIED OF AN UPDATE/AMENDMENT TO THE SET OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS. The updates/amendments will take effect on the date specified in the notification.
Changes/updates shall not be implemented (i) in relation to Users before the expiry of a notice period of at least 15 days from the date of notification of the changes (unless a longer notice period applies to the contract with the User concerned), or (ii) earlier than the period indicated in the notification (if applicable), for other categories of Users notified in accordance with the law. During the notice period, the Users respectively other categories of notified Users (if any) have the right to terminate the contract with the Company.
The notice period does not apply if the Users (if any) declare in writing that they waive it or if the Company:
(a) is subject to a legal or regulatory obligation by virtue of which it is required to amend the Terms and Conditions in a way that does not allow it to comply with the aforementioned notice period;
(b) must exceptionally modify its Terms and Conditions to address an unforeseen and imminent threat related to the defense of the Services, Users, fraud, malware, spam, data breaches or other cybersecurity risks.
In addition, some services offered by Wellandia may be subject to different terms, which will be prominently displayed for each such service and can be accessed prior to using the service.
Your use of the services of the wellandia.eu Platform after the entry into force of the new Terms and Conditions will constitute your acceptance of all their provisions.
Portions of the content included in Wellandia may be provided by third parties with whom Wellandia has entered into content provision agreements. Also, within the content of Wellandia, there may be included advertising sections in which third parties' advertising messages will be displayed, subject to the law. Wellandia is not responsible in any way for content provided by third parties, whether it is for advertising purposes or not. Likewise, Wellandia is not responsible for the content of pages linked to from within itself.
all other notices to Wellandia must be sent in writing, by e-mail to contact@wellandia.eu, with confirmation of receipt, or by courier to the registered office address.
Unless the User communicates any changes, responses to notices will be sent to the contact details provided by the User and such notices will be deemed received by the User.
The rights and obligations of the parties, imposed by these Terms and Conditions, as well as all legal effects produced by these Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed by Romanian law in force. Any dispute arising out of these Terms and Conditions shall be brought before the competent courts in the locality where Exclusive About Spa SRL has its registered office, unless the parties opt for out-of-court settlement of disputes under these Terms and Conditions or in other cases provided by law.
The Company processes a series of personal data of Users, Candidate Users or Spa / Wellness / Balneo Recruiters Users (i.e. representatives of Spa / Wellness / Balneo Recruiters Users, legal entities, or Spa / Wellness / Balneo Recruiters Users, authorized individuals) when using wellandia.eu or the Wellandia Services.
This privacy policy ("Policy") describes what types of personal data are processed, how they are used, what your choices are in relation to such processing, and how we will respect the rights you have as a data subject under personal data protection law, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR").

1. We are a wellness community: we are empathetic, trusting, respectful and encouraging of others. If members offend, give common-sense responses and/or use aggressive language, they will be removed without warning. Please report any deviation from group harmony.
2. We welcome constructive feedback, recommendations, information that is helpful to other members of the community!
3. Community does NOT replace the doctor. The line between spa, wellness and medical is very fine. We do not allow the seeking or offering of diagnosis and treatment in the community, except in the opinion of doctors, but with the caveat that the opinion will be general at best - just enough to give direction and in no way can it be considered personalized. It is compulsory to consult your doctor when you have a health problem. You can at most describe roughly similar cases where something worked, but the post must contain the mention that that was a particular case and it is not at all obvious that it will work in other cases and the recommendation to go to the doctor.
4. The community is a space without advertising other businesses, We forbid: mentioning other groups, promoting products, equipment or other services, distributing links or video type promotions, invitations to events, discounts, special offers, distributing photos with logos, captures that include branding, other spam / viral posts.
5. Stay on topic. We will not accept postings with humanitarian cases, off-topic and unrelated donations, petitions, polls, polls, votes made in the interest of other businesses, etc.
6. We respect copyrights: do not publish in the group excerpts, quotes, books and documents without respecting copyrights (link or mention), posts with personal photos that do not belong to us and/or discussions that encourage illegal and/or corrupt practices.

If the payment is made online, by credit/debit card, it is necessary to fill in a form with your credit/debit card details. If the card transaction was successful, the next screen gives you the relevant information for the order.
SC Exclusive About SPA SRL accepts the following credit/debit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard/Eurocard, Maestro, including virtual Visa or MasterCard. Using your credit/debit card as payment method your order will be processed immediately.
Any dispute arising in connection with the use of this service will be resolved amicably.
If the conflict cannot be settled amicably, the Romanian courts have jurisdiction.
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the customer fully assumes these risks.
