If your New Year's resolutions include reaching your best physical potential (both through healthy eating and exercise), here are a few tricks to get you back in shape quickly and get to work.

1.  Drink warm water with lemon in the morning on an empty stomach

It will improve your digestion, help you lose weight, and alkalinize, especially after so many acidic foods that were the stars of the holiday meals.

2.   Drink 3-4 cups of green tea a day

In addition to helping you get rid of extra pounds, green tea also has other benefits: it speeds up metabolism, prevents fat deposits in the abdomen, preventing constipation yes bloating.
