Digestion - key to your skin health

Digestion - key to the health of your skin. In a skin code analysis, I always take into account the quality of digestion, which plays an important role in skin health. Problems such as a disturbed bowel transit, constipation, or a build-up of toxins are immediately reflected on the skin. The skin is an extraordinary barometer of the body's health. As such, it is largely influenced by the health of the internal organs. Many people get a pale complexion when they overindulge with partying, or with various abuses (smoking, alcohol and drugs), all of which reflect on your skin visibly, leaving the imprint of a devitalized complexion, a thinned, wrinkled, keratinized and asphyxiated epidermis.

Stress

... ... prolonged prolonged inflammation favors inflammation (acne, rosacea and rapid skin redness and skin loading), paving the way for gastrointestinal infections and other inflammations in the body.

Eating the right food is one side of the coin, and detox is the reverse. In the inside of the body substances are chemically broken down, synthesized and transformed.

The liver is the body's chemical brain - it recycles, regenerates and detoxifies to keep our bodies healthy.

Be careful with salt! Too much sodium will make your skin puffy, especially in vulnerable areas such as the delicate eye area. If you don't want bags under your eyes, say "No" to salt.

Don't eat a lot of processed foods, which will block your digestive system, you can opt for simple, fresh and healthy foods.

Sugar links digestion - the key to your skin's health

... has a negative effect on digestion and can cause irritable bowel syndrome, abdominal cramps and migraines, obviously contributing to the signs of aging. If you consume a lot of sugar, your skin will be left with wrinkles, as sugar gradually destroys collagen production.

Moderate dairy consumption, especially if you suffer from acne and excess sebum. In a recent article cited by Web MD, according to Dr. William Danby, milk contains substances similar to human hormones, which can stimulate sebaceous glands to produce more sebum. Some people have noticed visible changes in their skin after giving up dairy. You can give up dairy for a few weeks and you may notice a difference.

Over the centuries, all health experts have strongly maintained that "We are what we eat", so my dear, a little attention and a lot of moderation to culinary excesses, if you want a perfect, radiant and healthy complexion for as long as possible.

Love,
