Movement therapy. In many people's terms, well-being is an accumulation of both physical and emotional experiences as a result of the actions we take in our daily activities. And the inner balance is the main catalyst that the body experiences generating balance on the physical level. During the last years of my therapeutic practice, I have focused my attention on identifying the most complex form of treatment, with evident results in different types of conditions. I have often found the road I have traveled difficult. I fell prey to momentary convictions that later proved to be misleading. A timeless conclusion, however, is that movement therapy or physical exercise should be carried out constantly and according to well-defined principles. This is not only the most complex form of therapy, but also the most effective form of prevention for any of us.
Physical movement is known to stimulate the energy balance of the whole body by repositioning the spine.
Where either invasive or non-invasive therapies have not been sufficient to resolve the health problems patients have been experiencing. Appropriate (personalized) physical and breathing exercises were the optimal solution in most cases.
Situations in which patients have refused to understand and embrace the benefits of forms of physical therapy have existed, but fortunately in very small numbers. Some of these patients have been confronted over the years with a number of emotional and physical imbalances, but others have realized that the physical approach can also be passive. In this sense the so-called passive exercises of stretching, therapeutic fitness, stretching, spinal repositioning, cranio-sacral therapy and somato-emotional release. All in order to restore the inner order of the organism.
Experience in therapeutics and wellness helped me to describe:
The coordination of movements and breathing determines the balance of all body systems. On an energetic and physical level, breathing is responsible for opening the meridians of the body, by aligning the segments of the spine, establishing a continuous flow of energy to all organs. Returning to the topic of the article, in my opinion, the most complex therapy is the one that utilizes various physical exercises in order to "repair" altered functions in the body or to prevent possible imbalances.
